GETKEYS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to GetKeys, a marketplace that connects potential home buyers ("Buyers") with experienced property developers ("Developers") for expert guidance on purchasing properties. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GetKeys website (the "Platform") and services offered through it.

By accessing or using GetKeys, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": The GetKeys website and associated services.
• "Buyer": A user who registers an account and/or seeks property-related guidance from a Developer.
• "Developer": A property expert providing consultation services to Buyers.
• "Services": Any services provided via the GetKeys Platform, including video calls, property visits, post-visit reports or referrals.
• "User": Any individual using GetKeys, whether as a Buyer or a Developer.

3. Services Provided

GetKeys provides a marketplace where Buyers can:

• Find information about the property they are interested in.
• Book video calls with Developers for property-related guidance.
• Arrange for a Developer to conduct a property visit and receive a report on key findings.
• Receive introductions to solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant professionals.
• Subsequent services/referrals post purchase such as renovations

GetKeys does not provide legal, financial, or property brokerage services.

4. User Accounts

To use GetKeys, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. GetKeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

5. Developer Eligibility and Responsibilities

Developers must meet the following criteria:

• At least 10 years of experience in property development.
• A proven track record of investing in and renovating properties.

Developers are independent contractors and not employees of GetKeys. They are expected to provide professional, high-quality services. GetKeys reserves the right to remove Developers who fail to meet service standards at any time.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

• Buyers book services through the Platform.
• Payment is processed at the time of booking.
• Developers receive 70% of the transaction amount, while GetKeys retains 30% as a platform fee.
• Developers are paid within 24 hours after the service is successfully delivered.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Buyers may cancel a booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
• If a Developer cancels, Buyers will receive a full refund.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree to acting within the spirit of the service including but not limited to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass the Platform's payment system.
• Arrive to scheduled appointments promptly/within a reasonable timeframe

GetKeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate Users engaging in activities stated above or anything not in line with the spirit of the service.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

GetKeys owns all intellectual property rights related to the Platform. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GetKeys provides services "as is" without warranties. GetKeys and the Developers involved are not liable for any losses (direct or indirect) arising from services obtained through the Platform, including decisions made based on Developer advice.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Getkeys, officers, directors, employees and developers harmless from any and all claims, damages, and legal fees (direct or indirect) arising from their use of the Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before pursuing legal action.

13. Modifications to Terms

GetKeys may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and GetKeys.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
